Matija (Deaf) accepted Christ as his personal savior at the age of 20. Since then he has been active serving the Lord. He served in a few churches in various roles (bookkeeping, deacon, interpreter). He currently serves as an interpreter where he translates worship songs into ASL. Matija has been married to his beautiful wife, Christine, for 25 years, and they have one son.
